About the Role
We are hiring a Senior HR Service Delivery Analyst for a Full Time position. In this role, you will be responsible for the regional execution and operational support of our HR technology across Europe. You will work closely with our IT business partners and global application teams to ensure our systems remain stable, responsive, and aligned with our broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the resolution of incidents and service requests by working with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely fixes and long-term service improvements.
- Translate regional HR requirements into clear system solutions while collaborating with global teams to deliver enhancements that fit our overall strategy.
- Coordinate release activities, including testing and deployment, to ensure new updates are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption to our daily operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR technology and service delivery. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in incident management and a proven ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working in a collaborative setting and possess the technical knowledge required to support critical HR processes like payroll and the employee lifecycle. Proficiency in English is required for this position.
