The role
We are seeking a mid-level professional to join our HR Technology, Strategy, and Governance team as an HR Process Improvement and Governance Lead Associate. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to be based remotely within the United States. You will play a vital role in shaping our organizational policies and ensuring our HR processes remain robust, compliant, and efficient.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the collection and reporting of information regarding internal and external policies, ensuring our guidelines evolve alongside changing regulatory needs.
- Conduct thorough investigations into events or actions that fall outside of established policies and guidelines to ensure organizational integrity.
- Manage the resolution of compliance issues and provide clear, actionable reports on the findings to stakeholders.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess at least four years of relevant experience. We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in evaluating compliance, conducting internal reviews, and developing data governance frameworks.
- A strong background in assessing technical and analytical processes, remediating identified issues, and implementing meaningful process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, exercise sound judgment in problem-solving, and gather accurate information to explain complex concepts.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of working cooperatively alongside individuals from various functional areas.
- Desired experience includes a bachelor’s degree, background in HR audits, and proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and technical writing.
