Job Description
As a valued colleague on our HR Technology, Strategy and Governance team, you will contribute to setting organizational policies and guidelines, and guide team members in monitoring changes in internal and external regulations. In this role, you will contribute and provide leadership in developing and auditing HR business processes and governance policies (to align with changing needs and external requirements), and monitor and report on activities that require compliance with policies and regulations. You will participate in cross functional meetings to review requirements and strategic plan implementation, as well as advise on the implementation of strategic plans in partnership with business units to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will provide process improvement recommendations for business processes and governance controls.

The HR Process Improvement and Governance Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Lead process for gathering and reporting on information about internal and external policies and guidelines.
- Lead process for developing and reviewing guidelines to align with changes in internal or external needs.
- Lead investigations into actions or events that do not comply with the organization's policies and guidelines.
- Lead the resolution of compliance issues and report the result.
Qualifications
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
- 4 years related experience
- Experience evaluating compliance, conducting internal reviews, and developing data governance
- Experience assessing technical and analytical processes, remediating issues, and implementing process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to collect, review, and analyze data and exercise judgment in solving problems
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in HR audit or compliance testing
- Experience with process documentation, mapping, and technical writing
- Demonstrated ability in evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk
