Our HR Services division acts as a strategic partner to management teams, helping them optimize their policies and foster highly engaged, motivated workforces.
Key outcomes
- Serve as a dedicated HR Business Partner for management and HR leads within small and medium-sized enterprises across Belgium.
- Manage payroll processing in coordination with social secretariats, provide expert guidance on social legislation, and develop compensation and benefits frameworks like cafeteria plans and salary classification systems.
- Drive talent and retention initiatives, including recruitment, employee surveys, and the design of career development and well-being programs.
- Provide leadership support by acting as a sounding board for managers to improve their leadership skills and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Analyze and optimize HR processes, such as onboarding, performance management, and learning and development workflows.
Requirements
- A higher education degree, preferably in a human sciences or HR-related field.
- Several years of operational HR experience, ideally within a corporate or consultancy environment.
- Strong, demonstrated payroll expertise and a comprehensive understanding of social legislation.
- A proactive, hands-on mentality with the ability to adapt quickly to diverse client environments.
- A commitment to continuous learning, such as attending webinars or staying updated through industry podcasts.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within production or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with the Insights Discovery model, particularly those who bring complementary analytical or results-oriented traits to our team.
