What you'll be doing

Manage the full employee lifecycle by processing transactions, issuing contracts, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures while maintaining accurate personnel records.
Oversee HR data integrity and reporting by conducting regular audits, generating essential HR metrics, and supporting system updates to ensure our processes remain efficient.
Handle logistics and administrative tasks, including managing business travel arrangements, visa applications, and vendor invoice approvals, while serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.

What you'll bring

A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically with advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with the capacity to handle escalations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A solid understanding of HR systems, payroll processes, and local labor regulations.
Fluency in English to collaborate with our diverse team.
