What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle by processing transactions, issuing contracts, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures while maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Oversee HR data integrity and reporting by conducting regular audits, generating essential HR metrics, and supporting system updates to ensure our processes remain efficient.
- Handle logistics and administrative tasks, including managing business travel arrangements, visa applications, and vendor invoice approvals, while serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically with advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities, with the capacity to handle escalations effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of HR systems, payroll processes, and local labor regulations.
- Fluency in English to collaborate with our diverse team.
