We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our APAC team and help us continue our mission of providing expert insights and execution across various financial sectors.

What is this role?

We are looking for an HR Operations and Payroll Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Australia. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats. You will be the backbone of our administrative HR functions, ensuring our people operations run smoothly while contributing to our broader culture and leadership initiatives.

What will you do?

• Manage HRIS and Payroll: You will take ownership of our Human Resources Information System, ensuring data integrity through regular audits, and oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll in partnership with our finance team and vendors.
• Ensure Compliance and Policy: You will stay on top of labor laws and regulatory requirements across Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, while developing and implementing internal policies that reflect our company culture.
• Support the Employee Lifecycle: From onboarding new hires and managing benefits administration to handling day-to-day employee inquiries, you will be a key point of contact for our staff throughout their journey with us.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in HR and payroll. We value candidates who are highly organized, pay close attention to detail, and possess the initiative to solve problems independently. You must be comfortable working with HRIS and payroll management systems. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders across our business. Having a solid understanding of the employment legal landscape in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore is highly desired. Please note that you must be authorized to work full-time in Australia, as we do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
