The role

We are looking for a Mid-Level HR Officer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a permanent position designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and wants to play a key role in our daily operations. You will be an essential part of our administrative team, helping us maintain the high standards that define our production processes.

Core responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for our employees, providing support and guidance on various workplace matters.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes drafting job advertisements and conducting interviews to find the right talent for our team.
• Oversee general office organization, including the maintenance of personnel records, tracking absences, and assisting with payroll administration.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in human resources and a proactive approach to your work. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience working in an HR environment.
• A strong working knowledge of German Labor Law.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• A hands-on mentality with the ability to solve problems independently and effectively.
