Peak Energy is a dedicated renewable energy platform focused on the development of wind, solar, and battery storage projects across Asia. We achieve this by building large-scale utility projects, including some of the most significant solar and wind farms in Japan and Korea. As the renewable energy arm of Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, a global investment firm managing over 57 billion USD in assets, we leverage decades of industry experience and a robust supply chain to deliver high-performing energy systems. We are currently looking for a Senior HR & Office Administrator to join our team in India and help us scale our operations.
Key outcomes
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across India, focusing on technical MEC, software, and HSE roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify business needs and source top-tier technical talent through diverse channels.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to final offboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Refine and optimize existing recruitment processes to improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, HR leadership, and external partners.
- Manage daily office administration, including vendor relations, billing, facility maintenance, and procurement of office equipment.
- Coordinate internal workshops, meetings, and company events to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide direct administrative support to the Head of the department.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR, with a strong background in recruiting technical professionals.
- A solid grasp of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and other relevant HR software.
- Fluency in both English and the local language.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting specifically within the renewable energy sector.
