We are partnering with a leading, award-winning organization in Bournemouth that is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their growing operations team. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule of approximately 24 hours per week, providing a great opportunity to influence company culture and streamline our internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions and placing advertisements.
- Oversee the creation, review, and implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle the preparation and issuance of employment contracts and formal offer letters.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a supportive and productive workplace.
- Lead change management initiatives across the business.
- Design and deliver training programs to support the professional development of our team members.
- Conduct audits of personnel files to maintain full compliance.
- Support employee relations, including managing performance, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Enhance our employer brand by building strong recruitment partnerships and sourcing top talent.
- Develop and execute appraisal and staff engagement programs.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in HR Management.
- Proficiency in MS Word and general office software.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the telephone.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
