The role
We are looking for a student to join our Talent Team as an HR Internship People Operations. This is a 6-month internship based on-site at our headquarters. You will be a key contributor to our administrative processes and help us shape the future of our internal operations as we scale.
Core responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, such as preparing work confirmations, contract amendments, and reference letters.
- Oversee employee data maintenance and support the transition to our new HR system, Workday, through testing and documentation.
- Coordinate time tracking and absence management, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave records.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, paired with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- The ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
