The role

We are looking for a mid-level HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is perfect for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to the growth of a company at the forefront of the energy industry. You will be an essential part of our human resources team, helping us build a culture where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of top-tier talent while partnering with managers to analyze data through our ATS.
• Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, including organizing orientations and training sessions to ensure a smooth transition into our organization.
• Drive employee engagement by designing and implementing team-building programs, recognition initiatives, and appreciation events.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in human resources and a passion for building collaborative teams. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience in human resources.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and experience using an ATS, with bonus points if you have worked with SAP.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while applying both tactical and strategic analytical thinking.
• A deep understanding of organizational structures, compensation practices, and modern assessment methodologies.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive base pay range of 70,000 USD to 100,000 USD. This range is designed to reflect your specific skills, experience, and location, providing you with clear opportunities to advance your career as you grow with us.
