We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our Talent team on a full-time hybrid basis. In this role you will support employees and managers across the United States with day-to-day HR operations, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee engagement while reporting directly to our HR Director.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, manage open enrollment, and serve as the primary leave-of-absence administrator, coordinating with third-party administrators and payroll to deliver a seamless experience.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by completing required filings such as 5500, EEOC, and ACA reports, maintaining HR documentation, and handling employee inquiries or escalations.
- Partner with the broader Talent team on the full employee lifecycle-from pre-onboarding and orientation to internal mobility, performance cycles, and offboarding-while collaborating with Finance on payroll accuracy and with global HR peers on best-practice sharing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting diverse HR functions, administering benefits programs, facilitating new-hire onboarding, and producing HRIS and payroll reports for data-driven decisions.
- Proven proficiency with Workday and ADP Workforce Now, advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and alignment with our core values of passion, determination, agility, unity, and courage.
