About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Data & Insights Manager to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level individual contributor role within our Talent Strategy team. You will serve as a strategic architect, transforming complex workforce data into actionable intelligence to help us attract, develop, and retain world-class talent. You will report to the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness and act as a key thought partner to leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional analytics projects from initial vision to final implementation, focusing on key outcomes like employee retention, engagement, and productivity.
- Serve as the strategic lead for our Global Employee Listening Program, managing the end-to-end execution of surveys and evolving our strategy across the employee lifecycle.
- Translate intricate datasets into executive-ready narratives and visualizations that drive strategic business interventions and organizational change.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral field, such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Organizational Psychology.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau to create high-quality, actionable visualizations.
- Hands-on experience using Python or R for statistical modeling and text analytics.
- Deep domain expertise in managing organizational data, including turnover and recruiting metrics, alongside experience executing large-scale surveys.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to operate independently in a global environment.
