What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join us on a part-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United Kingdom. You will play a vital role in guiding our human resources strategy and ensuring that our volunteer-led operations run smoothly and effectively.
What will you do?
- You will lead our recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions, managing advertisements, and overseeing the entire hiring process.
- You will design and execute comprehensive onboarding plans to help new team members get settled and productive quickly.
- You will assist with performance management processes and provide guidance on our internal policies and procedures.
