The opportunity

As our HR Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our human resources department. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will handle a wide range of administrative tasks that keep our daily operations running smoothly. You will be instrumental in supporting our personnel, recruitment, and training functions. By working autonomously and maintaining high standards of efficiency, you will help us reach our organizational goals and ensure that every employee feels supported from their very first day.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process by assisting with candidate shortlisting, performing background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, handling correspondence and redirecting requests to ensure everyone gets the help they need.
• You will maintain accurate personnel records, including payroll data and leave information, while also leading orientation sessions to welcome new team members.

Who you are

We are looking for a senior-level professional who has a deep understanding of human resources and general administrative workflows. You should be comfortable managing sensitive data and navigating the complexities of payroll and performance management. Because you will be interacting with various departments and candidates, you must be a clear communicator who is fluent in English. You are someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and is committed to keeping our HR projects organized and on track.
