We are looking for a sharp, organized individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. You will be at the heart of our human resources department, helping us streamline processes and support our growing talent pipeline.
Role at a glance
This is a contractor position with a duration of at least 12 months. It is a junior-level role based on-site in the United States. You will work closely with our Senior Benefits Analyst to ensure our HR functions run smoothly and effectively.
Your impact
- Manage and maintain accurate employment records for all stages of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for staff by explaining company policies, legal standards, and internal procedures.
- Drive efficiency by processing personnel action forms, generating activity reports, and assisting with various HR projects as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable navigating technology platforms and have a solid grasp of HR policies.
