About the Role
We are hiring a Senior HR Coordinator for a Full Time position. In this capacity, you will serve as a key member of our global operations group, focusing on managing employee data and providing essential administrative support to our various business units across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general HR operational processes and provide technical support for the Workday system, including handling service updates and change requests.
- Collaborate with the team lead to ensure all daily deliverables are completed according to established timelines and SLA requirements.
- Create and maintain essential documentation, including standard operating procedures and step-by-step training materials, to help the team perform effectively.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources and HR Operations. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in managing HR processes and employee life cycle documentation.
- Proven ability to work within SLA frameworks and manage high volumes of tickets or requests.
- Proficiency in using Workday or similar HR information systems.
- Strong communication skills in English to facilitate coordination with global teams and country-specific stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to training and the creation of instructional guides for team members.
Location
This position is based in India and requires an on-site presence.
