As our ideal HR / Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary), you are detail-oriented and expect excellence from yourself. You have the ability to look through a variety of lenses, applying obvious and not-so-obvious solutions to complex problems. You demonstrate a genuine interest in learning all there is to know about the latest technical trends. You’re not afraid to ask a ton of questions, but you’re also a steel trap once you’ve been taught something. In this role, you will assist the Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners, with:
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, including scheduling phone and onsite interviews, organizing travel arrangements as needed and reserving conference rooms
- Assist Talent Acquisition Partner with candidate management
- Assist with the movement of applicants during their onsite interviews
- Support efforts regarding client and candidate interactions
- Input and maintain data and postings on our applicant tracking system
- Run report and analytics for recruiting and compile presentations
- Maintain employee files, including HRIS records and compile reports as needed
- Assist in the coordination of internal events and initiatives
- Coordinate with team to ensure all tasks are up-to-date for New Hires.
- Any other duties that may be required and which are considered by the HR Team to be consistent with the level and general responsibilities of the post.
