About the Role
We are looking for a HR Coordinator (Compensation and Benefits) to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is passionate about data, processes, and strategic compensation. You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and security of our human resources operations, ensuring that our internal systems and policies support the long-term goals of our school.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the integrity of our HRIS data, working closely with our IT team to optimize platforms and generate meaningful insights through recurring reports.
- Manage the administration of compensation and benefits, which includes tracking personnel budgets, reviewing salary structures, validating promotions, and negotiating with external vendors.
- Ensure full compliance with labor regulations by validating payroll processes, overseeing timekeeping routines, and managing mandatory health and safety reporting.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience specifically in payroll, compensation, and benefits management.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to manage complex data sets and track key performance indicators.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential for this role.
- A degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, in addition to Portuguese, to effectively communicate within our international environment.
- A high level of discretion, ethical judgment, and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
Location
This position is based in Brazil and requires an on-site presence.
