Our solutions are integrated into the shopping experiences of more than 6,000 retailers, helping them grow while providing customers with seamless financing options. We are a team of over 440 professionals spread across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic, and we are currently seeking a senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be a vital member of our international People team, tasked with empowering our employees across Lithuania and Latvia to achieve their professional potential while supporting our broader organizational goals.
Key outcomes
- Act as a strategic partner to regional leadership, translating business objectives into effective people strategies covering workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Coach and mentor leaders to foster high-performing teams, improve engagement, and navigate complex organizational changes.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for your region, including hands-on support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Supervise and guide a team of two People and Office Specialists to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Lead company-wide initiatives, such as refining compensation strategies and developing mentorship programs, while ensuring successful implementation within your region.
- Cultivate an energetic and inspiring workplace environment within our Lithuanian and Latvian offices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR management or as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an international or matrix-structured organization.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- A hands-on approach that balances high-level strategy with daily operational tasks.
- High energy, resilience, and a proactive attitude toward solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary ranging from 60,000 EUR to 66,000 EUR per year. In addition to your salary, you will have access to the following benefits:
