Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in Düsseldorf. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership teams, ensuring our people strategy aligns with our long-term business goals. We are filling two distinct roles, with one focused on Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance, and the other dedicated to Business Transformation.

Your impact

• Provide expert HR generalist support to Group Directors and their leadership teams regarding performance, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Lead People and Culture projects from conception to completion, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage the end-to-end talent management lifecycle, including recruitment strategy, leadership coaching, and the implementation of learning and development programs.

What you'll need

• A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within an organization operating in Germany.
• A business-savvy mindset with strong project management capabilities and the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and the ability to travel to our international sites as needed.
• Experience in the FMCG sector or a consultancy environment is considered a strong advantage.
