Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior HR Business Partner to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in India, and you will be expected to work from 1 PM to 10 PM IST. You will serve as a key advisor to our business leaders, ensuring our team members have an exceptional experience from their first day to their last.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of the employee lifecycle in India, including onboarding, integration, and offboarding, to ensure every interaction is meaningful.
- Lead core HR programs such as performance management, recognition initiatives, and engagement surveys to keep our culture vibrant.
- Turn complex data into clear insights by managing monthly HR dashboards that track critical metrics like attrition and headcount.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partner role, paired with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency with the Google Suite, specifically in creating detailed spreadsheets and professional presentations.
- A high level of comfort handling sensitive information and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
