The opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team in Waltershausen on a full-time, permanent basis. In this senior-level role, you will act as a vital link between our leadership and our workforce, ensuring that our human resources strategy remains both pragmatic and supportive. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our operations across our German locations, helping us foster an environment where every employee feels valued and supported as we continue to grow.

A day in the life

• You will provide fast, solution-oriented guidance to our managers and staff regarding all personnel and labor law matters across our various German sites.
• You will take full ownership of the operational HR spectrum, managing personnel measures with a balanced approach that respects both company objectives and employee needs.
• You will lead diverse HR projects and collaborate closely with our payroll team to ensure a holistic view of all personnel activities.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a similar capacity. You bring a strong foundation in labor law and project management, paired with a reliable, independent, and service-oriented mindset. Because we operate internationally, you must be fluent in German and have a solid command of English. While not strictly required, experience with SAP would be a great asset. You should also be comfortable with occasional business travel, and please note that your initial onboarding will take place at our location in Hamburg-Harburg.
