Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Paris office. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for an autonomous professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will take full ownership of our HR operations and serve as a vital link between our strategic goals and our people.
Your impact
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract management to payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Lead accurate payroll processing for France and other regions while collaborating closely with our finance team.
- Act as the primary HR advisor for managers and staff, providing expert guidance on employee relations, labor law compliance, and company policies.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar capacity, handling operations from start to finish.
- Deep knowledge of French labor laws and HR best practices.
- Full professional fluency in both French and English.
- Proven hands-on experience with payroll and benefits management.
- A high level of proficiency with HRIS tools, with experience in systems like BambooHR or Lever being a distinct advantage.
- A structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
