What is this role?
We are seeking a mid-level HR Business Partner to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within the United States. In this position, you will report to the Director of HR Business Partners and play a vital role in overseeing the employee lifecycle. You will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership teams, helping to shape our workforce and talent strategies while ensuring our internal culture remains a top priority.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their goals and implement effective people strategies that drive team success.
- Utilize data and insights to provide actionable recommendations on programs and systems that improve overall performance and employee experience.
- Partner with the broader people and talent team to manage end-to-end cyclical HR programs, such as performance reviews and engagement surveys.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in People Operations and Talent Acquisition, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who brings a strategic mindset to Sales Strategy and organizational design. You should be a fluent English speaker with the following qualities:
