What you'll be doing
- You will act as the primary HR contact for a specific global business unit, leading core initiatives and managing projects tailored to their unique needs.
- You will build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and people managers to offer proactive coaching, guidance, and expert advice on complex employee relations.
- You will analyze organizational data to identify trends, improve overall health, and collaborate with our Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams to support our people programs.
What you'll bring
- You possess at least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, backed by a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional history.
- You have a strong grasp of federal, state, and local employment laws and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- You are a skilled communicator who can influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapting to organizational change.
- You are proficient in English and are located in or near Boston or Atlanta, as this is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
- It is a plus if you hold an SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification or have experience providing global HR support.
