What you'll be doing
- You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance on organizational goals, talent development, and performance management to ensure our teams remain effective and engaged.
- You will lead complex employee relations initiatives, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring that our global operations remain compliant with local legal requirements.
- You will drive change management processes, helping our organization adapt to new ways of working while proactively analyzing trends to develop impactful HR programs and policies.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least 6 years of experience within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a scale-up setting while maintaining a collaborative and positive approach. Your background should include:
- Deep expertise in employee relations and a solid understanding of employment legislation.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to handle competing priorities and tight deadlines with ease.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders with data-backed insights.
- Fluency in English, which is essential for our global collaboration.
- A proactive, curious mindset and the ability to act as a culture ambassador who fosters innovation and inclusivity.
Please note that this is an on-site position, and you will be expected to be in the office during designated hours to facilitate team collaboration.
