At Mom’s Meals, we have spent over 25 years providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions directly to the homes of seniors and patients recovering from hospital stays or managing chronic conditions. As a family-operated business, we are deeply committed to the well-being of our community and are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our team. This role is based at our OKC production facility, where you will provide strategic coaching and partnership to our teams to drive continuous improvement. While this is an onsite position, you will have the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
Key outcomes
- Consult with leadership on organizational assessment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and change management to enhance our overall capabilities.
- Collaborate with department heads to foster high-performing, engaged teams.
- Promote culture and people practices that support the retention of our most valuable talent.
- Manage HR-specific projects and ensure the effectiveness of core human resources processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on complex employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Support succession planning and talent reviews to mitigate gaps and develop future leadership.
- Maintain legal compliance by monitoring regulations, conducting investigations, and managing documentation.
- Identify and implement proactive solutions to improve HR efficiency and business performance.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in human resources.
- Proven success in implementing retention strategies for key personnel.
- The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- A strategic mindset capable of managing change within ambiguous environments.
- Unwavering integrity, ethical judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Experience working with payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing or healthcare industries.
