We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in a fully remote capacity. At Alimentiv, we operate as a global organization within the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors, and we are dedicated to advancing research through our specialized contract research services. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Manager of People and Culture to align our human resource strategies with the specific needs of our various product lines and departments. You will serve as a vital partner to our leadership team, ensuring that our global workforce is supported by effective organizational structures, talent management initiatives, and robust employee relations practices.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement organizational structures that support our business objectives while fostering a positive employee experience.
- Lead change management initiatives and cultural engagement programs, with a specific focus on integrating our European teams into our broader global strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and execute comprehensive workforce plans that align with our long-term goals.
- Provide expert coaching to people leaders on career development, performance management, and effective feedback techniques.
- Oversee total rewards processes, including annual merit cycles and bonus programs, in collaboration with our data specialists.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations, while ensuring full compliance with European labor laws.
- Champion health, safety, and wellness initiatives to maintain a supportive and compliant work environment across all regions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working within a global or multi-country organization, ideally in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or contract research industries.
- Deep expertise in European labor laws and HR policies, particularly regarding operations in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Romania, and Hungary.
- Proven track record in talent management, including succession planning and performance development.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong understanding of organizational design principles and change management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and advise senior leadership on sensitive HR matters.
- Excellent project management skills, with the capacity to lead initiatives from conception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English.
