The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will act as a bridge between our company vision and our daily operations. This is not a traditional administrative role. Instead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our managers, helping them navigate the complexities of a global, remote-first environment. Your goal is to foster an atmosphere where brilliant minds can thrive, ensuring that our people strategies are as innovative as the AI products we build.

A day in the life

No two days are the same here, but your time will generally be spent balancing high-level strategy with hands-on operational support. You can expect to:

• Provide expert guidance to managers on team structure, performance management, and career development to help them build high-performing, collaborative teams.
• Use HR analytics to uncover workforce trends, allowing you to offer data-driven insights that inform our growth and organizational design.
• Manage complex employee relations and regional compliance matters, ensuring our practices remain fair, inclusive, and legally sound across multiple jurisdictions.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, including 3 years of supporting international teams. You possess a deep understanding of HRIS systems and are comfortable using data to influence decision-making. Because we operate in the fast-paced world of AI, you understand the unique challenges of supporting highly specialized technical talent. You are an expert in conflict resolution and negotiation, and you pride yourself on your ability to navigate cultural nuances with empathy and intelligence. Fluency in English is required, and having a certification like SHRM or CIPD is a great plus.
