We are looking for a university student to join our team as a part-time HR Assistant. At Education at Work, we focus on providing work-based learning programs that help students secure meaningful employment and achieve economic mobility. We partner with employers, educators, and government agencies to build a workforce system that supports thriving communities. This hybrid role is designed to last approximately six months, starting in November 2025, and offers a flexible schedule of 20 to 25 hours per week that we can adjust to fit your academic commitments.
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding paperwork and assist with interview scheduling.
- Keep our HRIS records accurate and up to date.
- Help our team with recruitment tasks, such as creating job postings and reviewing resumes.
Requirements
- You must be currently enrolled in a university program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for your success in this role.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating various digital tools.
- We require someone who is discreet and maintains a high level of professionalism when handling sensitive information.
