At Ecorus, we are committed to building a more sustainable future by helping organizations transition to renewable energy. As a leader in the smart solar industry, our team of approximately 100 professionals develops, implements, and maintains commercial solar energy systems. We have already delivered over 800 MW of solar power and hold the ambitious goal of replacing a large-scale coal plant by 2030. Recognized as a World-Class Workplace Employer in 2024, we are now looking for passionate individuals to help us accelerate the energy transition across the Benelux region and beyond.
The role
We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the Netherlands. Our HR department is currently undergoing a significant professionalization phase, and we need a structured, detail-oriented professional to help us refine our operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for first-line HR inquiries and will eventually have the opportunity to lead various HR projects as our internal processes continue to evolve.
Core responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate, complete personnel records while ensuring team members consistently follow established HR processes.
- Oversee the payroll administration process in close collaboration with our external payroll partner.
- Handle essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, employer statements, function changes, and the administration of sickness absence and onboarding or offboarding procedures.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A completed BSc degree in Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an HR role with a primary focus on administration and payroll.
- Proven experience working with NMBRS software.
- Prior experience managing HR projects under guidance.
- A service-oriented mindset, combined with the professional sharpness to hold colleagues accountable for process compliance.
- A strong interest in working within the dynamic, informal atmosphere of a growing scale-up environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
We believe in rewarding our team for their dedication and impact. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy the following perks:
- Hybrid work model with our office in Eindhoven serving as your base.
- Opportunities for continuous professional growth through tailored training programs.
- The chance to work in an international environment alongside colleagues from 15 different countries.
- A focus on work-life balance, supported by flexible working hours and a family-friendly culture.
How to apply
If you are ready to apply your expertise in personnel administration and process improvement toward a mission that truly matters, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your application in either Dutch or English. A motivation letter is optional. We welcome direct applications from candidates, though we do not accept solicitations from third-party recruitment agencies.
