We are searching for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. You will play a vital role in our Human Resources department, helping us maintain the high standards of excellence that define our hospitality brand.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring full compliance with our internal policies and procedures.
- Oversee administrative duties regarding payroll processing, employee benefits, and the onboarding of new staff members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, assisting our team both in person and via email.
- Provide comprehensive HR support to our staff and management team on a daily basis.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HR, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- A solid understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working with AFAS or Nostradamus software.
- The ability to speak Papiamentu or Spanish.
