HR Administrator at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao
We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our HR department at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao.
As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our team.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks related to payroll, benefits, and employee onboarding.
Provide general HR support to employees and management as needed.
Being the first point of contact for employee inquiries, both in person as via email.
In the possession of a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management
Minimum of 2 years of experience within HR, preferably in the Hospitality industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior experience with AFAS and/or Nostradamus is a pre
Fluent in both English and Dutch spoken as well as written, Papiamentu and Spanish is a pre
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
