B2C2 is a digital asset pioneer dedicated to building the financial ecosystem of the future. Since our founding in 2015, we have successfully unlocked institutional access to cryptocurrency by providing reliable liquidity across all market conditions. Our success is driven by crypto-native technology and continuous product innovation, which has solidified our reputation as a partner of choice for institutions worldwide. While we were acquired by the Japanese financial group SBI in 2020, we continue to operate as a standalone entity. We are headquartered in the United Kingdom, with additional offices in the United States and Japan, and our UK operations are authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We are currently looking for a mid-level HR Administrator to join our London office. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Head of HR to ensure our operations run smoothly, supporting everything from payroll and benefits to global policy implementation. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to take on more independence, contribute to HR projects, and potentially explore HRBP tasks within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key outcomes
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contract generation, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff regarding benefits, holiday entitlements, and company policies.
- Maintain high data integrity within our HRIS, HiBob, and assist in finalizing its configuration.
- Oversee monthly administrative workflows, including payroll feeds, benefits administration, and offboarding procedures.
- Identify inefficiencies in current HR workflows and propose scalable, practical solutions.
- Support the global expansion of HR policies and assist in the documentation of core processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards on key metrics such as headcount, attrition, and diversity to aid organizational decision-making.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in an HR Administrator or People Coordinator role, preferably within a fast-paced global organization.
- A proactive, process-improvement mindset with a natural curiosity for increasing efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding contracts, data management, and professional communication.
- Technical proficiency with modern workplace tools like Slack and Google Workspace, along with hands-on experience using an HRIS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, delivered with empathy and professionalism.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with total discretion and integrity.
- A self-starting attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working in the financial services or fintech sectors.
- Experience operating within a company that has a multi-country or global presence.
- Proven success in contributing to HR projects, such as system implementations or policy overhauls.
- Experience drafting and implementing HR policies across multiple jurisdictions.
Compensation
We offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you the flexibility to work remotely for up to two days per week.
