What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Home Energy Services Advisor to join us for a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert on our solar, storage, and home energy solutions, helping customers find the right products for their specific needs. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging with prospective and current customers to identify their unique energy requirements and educate them on our service offerings.
  • Pre-qualifying leads and managing your portfolio to ensure consistent follow-up and high-quality interactions.
  • Scheduling virtual or in-home appointments for our sales consultants while meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in sales and lead qualification, backed by at least two years of relevant experience and a high school diploma. We value candidates who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will need to build trust with customers while navigating a fast-paced, evolving market. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel is essential for accurate data entry and lead management. While not required, we highly value candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree, have previous experience with cold calling, or bring specific knowledge of the solar industry. Above all, we are looking for someone who is adaptable, works well both independently and within a team, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
