Leapsome is an AI-powered people platform dedicated to revolutionizing HR for modern organizations. Following our $60 million Series A funding, we are expanding our presence in the United States and seeking a High-Velocity Account Executive to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help us reshape the future of work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of opportunities with short sales cycles, typically closing within 30 days.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process, including qualifying leads, conducting platform demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborate with our RevOps team to refine our sales processes and improve overall win rates through data-driven strategies.

Requirements

  • A university degree combined with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector or a client-facing consulting role.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and guide them toward value-driven solutions.
  • A highly structured and process-oriented mindset, allowing you to prioritize effectively under time constraints.
  • A solid understanding of technology and a passion for continuous learning in the HR tech space.

What we offer

The base salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $70,000 USD, with additional compensation provided through bonuses and equity. We support our team with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
