High Ticket Sales Representative at Sales Recruiting University

We are Sales Recruiting University, a specialized team of 60 professionals dedicated to helping small businesses across the United States scale their commission-based sales departments. Our mission is to connect exceptional talent with growing companies, and we aim to be the premier service provider for building high-performing sales teams. We are currently looking for a senior High-Ticket Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage at least 15 appointments each week, all provided by our internal advertising department, to help us continue our growth.

Key outcomes

• Conduct professional sales presentations over Zoom to offer our three-month, 15,000 USD service package.
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM system to ensure every lead receives proper follow-up.
• Execute closing strategies effectively to meet or exceed our performance targets.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic that aligns with our core values, including integrity, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to client success.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in senior-level B2B high-ticket sales.
• Demonstrable experience in building or leading sales teams, or previous experience running your own business.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage in consultative selling and close deals with confidence.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Compensation

This position offers a total earning potential ranging from 48,000 USD to 240,000 USD annually. Our structure includes a 10 percent base commission on all sales plus additional bonuses. During your first four weeks, you will receive 500 USD per week in training pay, totaling 2,000 USD. We offer the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
