Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Help Desk Administrator to join us for a full-time, on-site position in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of our support workflows and ensure our technology teams remain agile and effective.

Your impact

You will act as the central point of contact for our Support Engineering department, triaging and prioritizing incoming tickets to ensure issues are routed to the right experts.
You will lead efforts to identify recurring technical patterns, performing root-cause analysis to establish best practices that prevent future disruptions.
You will serve as a bridge between our technical staff and production departments, communicating complex information clearly to ensure everyone stays informed and supported.

What you'll need

At least 3 years of experience in advanced help-desk or desktop support roles across Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
A solid grasp of networking concepts and a proven track record in customer support within a technical setting.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and clear documentation.
The ability to remain calm and personable while managing high-impact incidents under pressure.
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical details for various audiences.
