What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from sourcing top talent to extending offers. You will be a key partner to our hiring managers and a champion of our company culture. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing candidate applications, conducting screenings, and ensuring all potential hires align with our credentialing and compensation standards.
• Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal leaders, HR teammates, and external partners like schools and vendors.
• Strategically identifying and nurturing passive talent to build robust pipelines that support our future staffing needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the healthcare sector. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of recruitment best practices and employment laws. You should be highly proficient in MS Word and comfortable using applicant tracking systems to manage your workflow. We look for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. While not required, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is preferred.

What we offer
