Responsibilities
- Collaborate across our clinical, operations, and business development teams to translate data requirements into actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into our core performance metrics.
- Partner with our engineering department to manage data flows into our BigQuery warehouse, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency across all datasets.
Requirements
- Three to five years of professional experience as a data analyst, ideally within a digital healthcare setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, economics, or information management.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern data warehouses such as BigQuery.
- Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, including the ability to create custom models and views.
- Strong technical skills in data modeling, mining, and database design, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific terminology, such as ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and quality metrics like HEDIS, is highly preferred.
What we offer
