Today, we operate 11 boutiques across Paris, Tokyo, London, China, and Hong Kong, with a global presence in over 500 retail locations. As we experience a period of rapid growth, we are looking for a Head of Technology to join our team in France and support our continued development.
What you'll be doing
- You will define and lead our global infrastructure and network strategy, covering on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments while overseeing project execution and system monitoring.
- You will establish our cybersecurity roadmap, select the right technological partners, and cultivate a culture of security awareness through training and active threat monitoring.
- You will manage a team of over six people, fostering collective intelligence and professional growth while ensuring high-quality user support and seamless system integration across our international operations.
What you'll bring
- You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent from a university or engineering school.
- You possess at least 7 years of professional experience in infrastructure or cybersecurity.
- You have a strong technical background and proven experience in a management role.
- You are fluent in both English and French.
- You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, a high degree of autonomy, and a genuine passion for emerging technologies.
