Head of Technology, Continuous Delivery at Apply Digital

Apply Digital is a global digital transformation partner that helps change agents modernize their organizations through business strategy, product design, and platform engineering. With a team of over 750 experts, we have delivered meaningful impact for world-class clients like the NFL, Lululemon, and Dropbox, and we are now looking for a Head of Technology, Continuous Delivery to lead our efforts in accelerating and securing the digital delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for our DevOps and QA teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes across our global delivery hubs.
• Drive the growth of our Continuous Delivery service offering by collaborating with pitch teams on scoping, estimating, and resourcing.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and security compliance, while providing hands-on guidance to client account teams.
• Translate complex security standards, such as ISO 27001, into repeatable, secure delivery processes and accelerators.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage delivery risks, escalate critical issues to executive leadership, and nurture long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Act as a thought leader by educating clients on modern software delivery trends and composable platform architectures.

Must-haves

• Extensive experience leading organizational improvements in DevSecOps, shift-left strategies, and software delivery practices.
• A proven track record in a senior technology leadership role within a consulting environment.
• Deep technical expertise in cloud-native development, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development lifecycles.
• Experience with composable architecture and MACH platforms, including headless CMS, API integrations, and modern web frameworks.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align technical decisions with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster trust with diverse stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English.
