The role
We are seeking a Head of Talent to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a senior-level position for an experienced professional who will serve as our first recruiting leader. You will own the entire talent acquisition function, helping us build a world-class team as we continue to grow.
Core responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive, full-cycle staffing plans while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure our business needs are met.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent across various disciplines, including engineering, research, and design.
- Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience and build a strong employer brand that effectively communicates our mission to prospective team members.
Skills and experience
- At least 7 years of in-house recruiting experience within high-growth organizations.
- Proven success in leading rapid scaling efforts while preserving high hiring quality.
- Expert-level proficiency in selecting and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate recruiting strategy and status across the organization.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage compensation planning and external recruiting agencies.
- Fluency in English.
