We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Germany. Applike Group stands as one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology companies, operating at the intersection of mobile gaming and adtech. We are currently scaling our operations globally and need a visionary leader to help us attract the world-class talent required to sustain our rapid innovation and international growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor our multinational recruiting team of 10 professionals, providing the guidance and development necessary for them to succeed.
- Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-caliber candidates within the global technology market.
- Manage key internal relationships with leadership and hiring managers to ensure our recruitment efforts remain perfectly aligned with our evolving business objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working as a hands-on technical recruiter and team lead within fast-paced, international tech environments.
- A proven ability to utilize data and KPIs to optimize recruitment processes and deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Deep expertise in employer branding and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively with leadership.
- A growth-oriented mindset that embraces change, experimentation, and the adoption of new tools to improve efficiency.
