Role at a glance
We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join us in a full-time, lead-level capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Japan, where you will take full ownership of our hiring strategy and execution as we continue our rapid growth.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals and market intelligence.
- Optimize the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while tracking key performance metrics to ensure both hiring velocity and quality.
- Build and mentor a high-performing recruiting team while partnering with executive leadership to shape our employer brand and candidate experience.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- A proven track record of scaling hiring operations within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Expertise in employer branding, funnel optimization, and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
- Bonus points for experience with IPO preparation, global expansion, or technical recruiting across diverse markets.
