We are looking for a seasoned leader to join Kroll Bond Rating Agency as our Head of Structured Finance Investor Relations. As a globally recognized credit rating agency registered with the SEC and other international regulators, we provide essential transparency to the fixed income markets. In this full-time, hybrid role based in New York, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our engagement strategy across asset classes like ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and CLOs. You will work closely with our credit analysts and business development teams to strengthen our relationships with institutional investors and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of our structured finance investor relations strategy to drive market growth and increase the acceptance of our ratings.
- Manage and cultivate high-level relationships with institutional investors while proactively identifying new opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal credit teams to communicate market trends and investor feedback, ensuring our research and ratings remain informed by current sentiment.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in structured finance and client relationship management, specifically with institutional investors.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a leadership role managing a team.
- A deep, technical understanding of fixed income markets and structured products, supported by a strong professional network.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft strategic messaging for senior stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
