What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Head of Software Product to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving commercial market success in software product development by focusing on market exploration, value proposition determination, product strategy, and generating revenue streams for products that transform the world’s food system.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a revenue-generating software product roadmap, including P&L management, by utilizing market research, customer insights, and industry expertise.
• Lead all UI/UX design activities while maintaining a customer-centric approach to gather feedback and iterate on features to enhance the user experience.
• Foster communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure transparency and alignment with our broader business goals.

You should be fluent in English and have a deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application to software engineering. Key requirements include:

• At least 5 years of experience in revenue-generating software product development.
• A track record of building and executing product roadmaps that prioritize features based on quantitative metrics and clear business outcomes.
• Experience in designing and commercializing data-service-based products and aligning hardware needs with software engineering.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the time for domestic and international business needs.
