Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Head of Software Product to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere, though it requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
Your impact
- You will own the revenue-generating software product roadmap, using market research and customer insights to drive P&L success.
- You will act as the primary voice of the customer, conducting user testing and gathering feedback to refine our product features and user experience.
- You will provide strategic leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, ensuring our software initiatives align with our broader business goals and emerging technology trends.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in revenue-generating software product development, ideally with a background in the food supply chain or agriculture sectors.
- A proven track record of executing product roadmaps that prioritize builds based on quantitative metrics and clear business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design, data service commercialization, and the ability to bridge the gap between hardware needs and software engineering.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans.
- Fluency in English and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Perks and compensation
