About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Sales to join our team on a full-time basis. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for designing and managing our global sales and customer success operations. You will act as a hands-on strategist, building a high-performing team from the ground up while actively contributing to our sales pipeline and revenue growth. This role is perfect for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on building new processes and scaling SaaS revenue in a data-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure the company consistently meets or exceeds its revenue and profitability targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-tier sales and customer success team, fostering a culture of accountability, clear thinking, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate directly with our founder and product teams to align sales strategies with customer needs, market insights, and competitive analysis.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience building growth systems within startup environments, with a strong preference for those with a background in B2B SaaS services.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus.
- A proven history of driving revenue growth through product development, strategic partnerships, and data-backed decision-making.
- An inspirational, hands-on leadership style with a passion for experimentation and scaling early-stage companies.
