Our device-agnostic technology helps global organizations like Lockheed Martin, Johnson & Johnson, and Honeywell improve efficiency in training, maintenance, and remote collaboration. We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our remote team and help shape the future of how work gets done.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor our sales team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
- Serve as a hands-on sales leader while ensuring the success of every team member.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry partnerships, and effective lead management.
- Work closely with our marketing and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and create impactful sales materials.
- Take ownership of new business targets, providing accurate forecasting and metrics to track our progress.
- Stay informed on industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our sales strategy.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically with complex, high-value enterprise accounts.
- A proven history of hitting or exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
- Strong analytical abilities, including experience using CRM data to guide business decisions.
- The ability to thrive in high-growth environments while building out necessary systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.

- Previous experience working within the VR, AR, HR, or training industries.
