What you bring
We are seeking an executive-level Head of Sales to join us on a full-time basis, working in a hybrid capacity within the United States. You will be responsible for scaling our sales operations, mentoring our leadership teams, and integrating advanced technology into our growth strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams by fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
- Designing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that leverage product-led and sales-assisted tactics.
- Collaborating closely with our product, marketing, and engineering departments to ensure our sales processes remain perfectly aligned with customer success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role possesses over a decade of sales leadership experience within high-growth, technology-driven environments. You should have a proven history of building repeatable systems and consistently exceeding revenue goals. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in CRM systems, sales automation, and performance analytics. You must be an exceptional communicator who thrives in collaborative settings and maintains a strong bias for action. Fluency in English is required, and we value candidates who bring a strategic mindset to complex, cross-functional challenges.
